Go to GSF mate, we get a 10% discount there. If you order online let their online account manager know as theyt don't seem to apply the discount with online orders.

Yeah sounds like a plan as tappets are a bit noisy. Doesn't have to be budget no. Just want to do whatever is best for it.

Water pump, cambelt and everything with it, tappets, valve guides, valve steam seals, complete headgasket set.
That should fresh up the engine.
Got almost 8bhp after i've all this with mine.

Of course, you should test the head and see if everthing is ok with it.
It much depends on what you'll find when you take off the head mate.

What sort of test you mean, just a flatness test or pressure?
Think I'll try gsf then. Are they the best for the gasket set of would you say the k-Tec set is better.

Might be worth trying euro car parts as they've got a 25% off deal going on until the end of the month, you just need to type CRAZY25 into the voucher/promotions bit on the shopping basket page

hi just a quick one. out of the following which is best to get genuine renault parts
    Tappets
    Head gasket kit
    Bolts
    Cambelt
    Water Pump
    Oil Filter
    Coolant
    Radiator
obviously would rather not all be genuine due to the cost

ordering the parts tomoz hopefully so feedback appriciated
