In my view it's wrong to "knowingly" try to sell something that is falsely advertising it. In the link you showed us above on eBay, we know it's not legit because in right hand drive variants only 500 were made and all were phase 1. That is not a phase one.
That does not mean it's not gonna be right for someone. What this really means is that Williams number 267 has very much likely been to the breakers.

On left hand drive models, numbering exists on phase 2's.
