I have both in the garage and there exactly the same....

1351 mm is the rear track width on both cars.

The rear beam is the same width BUT the stub axel is longer on the williams.

The rear discs are the same but the williams has a wider spacer behind.approx 20mm each side

I have 1 valver beam and 2 williams beams here.... unless it wasnt a 16V beam on the 16v.... did any non valvers have discs
