    Exhaust

What, if any, parts of the Williams exhaust system are shared with the 1.8 16v?

iirc the mating flange on the cat is turned 90deg. The mid section will fit but may not flow quite so freely but is a tad quieter. The tail section may have a square shape looped hanger which needs to be cut and changed into an open ended rod so you can fit the rubber on and it needs to be reduced in height by approx 20mm so it does not rub/rattle on the looped hanger on the car or hang too low and rattle on the rear beam. Some of the online cheap rear boxes Ive had in the past are not really willy ones but 16v.
    Simples!
