The photo with the flash, I'd go for 2nd from the right. The photo without the flash I'd choose 2nd from the left. Hope that helps

The blue i used for my springs was a matte Samco blue(ish) Its called 'UltraMarine Blue' by Monster Spray Paints..

If I were you, I'd coat the rocker cover with black matt coarse powder (like the Ferrari's or Honda's red rocker cover). A decent powder coating workshop could do it.

I was considering this coarse finish too, but it will be in blue, that's for sure. Exact shade and finish is still debatable. :D
