    Tailgate adjustment

I had a look at the tailgate on my car the other day and hoped that I might be able to adjust how it sits at the back of the car (it doesn't sit quite right at one side).
I didn't have my spanners with me at the time so I couldn't fully tell if it was adjustable or not. However, from looking at the bots at the top, then it didn't look as though it was.

So, before I venture out this evening, spanners in hand, should I be able to adjust it or not?

    Thanks.

There are locating holes on each side built into the metal bodywork. If one side is off or sagging, it is likely the hole has rusted through or the plastic locating 'pin' in the bumper is missing/broken.
