Williams 3 - Ongoing tidy up & looking after

    Hello.

What with being a dad 2 times over, sleepless nights, work life balance, I have finally taken a few pictures of my daily car, my Williams 3.

I bought it from a forum member last year, drove it until the MOT ran out then got the old axle stands out and worked on it through winter. I started replacing discs & pads allround, new rear calipers, front wheel bearing & new handbrake cables.

I have replaced a few interior plastics that were marked/damaged, fitted some carpet mats and given the car lots of hours hoovering and cleaning the interior, a little wet vac and general minting all my cars get.

It had the rear arches done early this year, they were pretty bad so a 6inch plate was welded in, not a bad job really the colour match is perfect but being a fussy b****** I can tell its been painted, you get what you pay for at the end of the day. As I used it most days I just want it to be reliable so it suits me :D

It had an oil leak coming from the rocker cover gasket but thats been replaced now, I have oil & filter to change, I really need to change the brake fluid but I'm struggling for time at the moment, as soon as I change the brake fluid I will fit the manifold heat shield. I also have a fuel filter to fit sometime soon too.

So far I have covered a couple of thousand miles and the only problem so far has been a snapped clutch cable. I fitted one the next day so not too much hassle!

I still have plenty of stuff to do - replace front reg plate, sort bonnet as its chipped badly and has a poor repair, fit the '3' on the rear quarters! the list goes on........

Anyway, enjoy the pictures, not the best as there taken with my phone.

    Cheers for comments.

The sticker on the rear bumper is advising a potential thief that the spare is bolted on.
Radbourne racing fitted it when its was new. I removed the spare anyway. I tried getting the sticker off but I didnt have the patience, it crumbles and comes off in tiny bits. Ill get it off soon.
