    Electrics problem

Had to brake suddenly and both oil pressure light and water temp light both came on at the same time. Pressure gauge and oil temp read normal and water temp was normal engine sounds and drives fine. Is there a place in the loom that tends to rub or frays as engine moves? Both senders can't have gone wrong at the same moment ? Any thoughts people, much appreciated thanks.

Not getting the clutch down quick enough could cause that, causing the engine to think it's going to stall for a split second?

If it's gonna be any part of the loom, it will be down by the chassis leg near the front light, the loom is fairly common for chaffing through there. I know mine did, and made it appear like a fuel pump related fault.

As above, check your earths and check behind the headlight for chaffing.
