Do you mean registered keeper or owner?
All cars have 1 owner. The UK government.
registered keeper and owner are not the same, as the DVLA states, the registered keeper is often but not always the owner of the vehicle.
What you will actually find is that the government owns your car. You think you own it because you paid for it with fantasy paper money and the government sends you the paperwork to deal with. But i assure you if you look into it, the government has owned your car from the point of manufacture.
They can legally crush it, clamp it, impound it and there is nothing you can do about it. Because it is there's.
All this time you have been the rigisted keeper, thinking you were the owner. But you never thought to ask who is the owner.
Google it.The registered keeper is the person or organisation responsible for the licensing and use of a vehicle. The registered keeper is often, but not always, the legal owner of the vehicle.
