Williams 1 and 2 shouldn't have door speakers, only came on the 3.
Wheel refurb is £360 from Pristine, do one of the best jobs.

Dizzy cap and rotor can be had from GSF as can standard spark plugs NGK BKR6EK.

KV85 leads won't fit into the tray very well, 8mm are a push.

The car should be driveable as long as you get the cam timing within the right ballpark. If you get the timing to far out then the car won't idle.
If you can, or know someone who can do it for you, time them according to the manufacturers' specs. This will get the timing very close.
And most importantly: make sure you turn the engine over by hand to check the valves don't hit the pistons before you run the engine!
