Hi Guys and Girls,

I am on the looking out for a series 1 Clio at the moment. Had quite a few projects over the last decade (time flys when you are having fun), including but not restricted to:



1990 Saab T16s going around Combe.



My old MGBGT, bought in 1993, sold last year, with much regret but to clear the way for what will follow.....



My lovely little golf, 1.8T converted.



1380 Race Prepped mini. I miss this but he was a little bastard to me.



This is Everard, my 8V mechanical injection C900 track car. Been tracking this car for 3 years now very successfully.



The good ladies work in progress. 1999 Viggen with added umph.



The last project, the -=FUBINATOR=-, heavily modified Saab 9-3 Sport. Total track weapon, now sold to fund my desire for something different.



This one is Bertha, my do all any time any place vehicle, used for towing track cars, fetching breakers, taking me and the dogs up to the lakes for some camping and hiking etc.

I am clearing the decks right now, I have had enough of Saab track day cars. Great in a straight line, but no real fun in the twisties. So, with that, I decided on a hot hatch, and the daddy of them all for me has always been a series 1 Williams. I drove one not long after they came out and fell in love, and I have always promised myself that I would get one. So, the time has come.

I will no doubt be asking some stupid questions in the coming months, but I promise to use the search function first!

The Saab's can be damn fast, certainly quicker in the straights than the Williams in standard form, but you are right about the handling hehe.
