    need to replace. do i need to flush the coolant or bleed it? or is it enough to leave the top off the expansion tank whilst i do it to de pressure ize it. ta!

    Wait until coolant is cold, remove cap

    Should be ok just removing old sensor plug and screwing new one in but you will have to be quick. Coolant will run out when you remove it so just be ready with the new one and screw it in

    No need to drain the system or bleed it up. Just replace any lost coolant and top up to maximum afterwards
