    Adjustable gear lever conversion kit

I have now 2 adjustable gear stick / gear linkage conversion kits.
This kit consists of 3 main parts:
    • • adjustable gear stick ball joint housing
      • stiffer ball insert
      • quickshift

Adjustable gear stick ball joint housing

The adjustable ball joint housing replaces the worn, sloppy rubber gear stick ball joint housing towards more precise and straighter gear stick movement. The design of the housing makes possible the adjustment of the 'shift force' (the force to get the gear stick into gear) in wide range from easy to difficult. You just decide how you would like to use the gear lever and it will move smooth as silk or hard as rock. The adjustment is easy and may be done from the driver's seat.

The housing consists of 2 anodized alloy collars, two inner plastic collars, special washers and setting screws:

Fitted (CAD drawing and real pic):

    Available colours:
    • • red
      • orange

    Stifferr ball insert

Stiffer ball insert is made for replacing the flexible OEM ball insert.

    • • made of hard silicone rubber
      • less flexible than the OEM ball insert
      • reduces the play between the gear stick and ball shell

    Quickshift (10%)

The small link bar / Quickshift reduces the travel of the gear stick by 10%. Made of high quality stainless steel. Metal bush with bolt and self-locking nut is included.

    £70 + postage (£7.50)

Feel free to ask if you have any question!

    Hopefully in December.

    I have fixed version now:

It works like the adjustable kit but the shift force is not adjustable. Conversely it's cheaper: £55 + postage £7.
