Williams Clio No. 0199 £1800 ono

After owning this car for around a year its time for me to once again scratch the itch and move on in my motoring and as such it is with regret I put my clio williams 1 number 0199 up for sale.

    Basic info:
    - Phase 1 Renault Clio Williams 1 No. 0199
    - L plater first registers in November 1993
    - Just under 153k on the clock
    - MOT until 18/06/2011
    - Tax until end of November 2010
    - Some History and old MOT's
    - Cobra Cat 1 Alarm

    Good bits:
    - Standard apart from kenwood cd/mp3 stereo, omp front strut brace and williams 3 front doorcards with speakers (original doorcards included in sale)
    - Interior in good condition
    - wheels are in great nick, refurbed a couple of years back but overall decent and fitted with 195/50 R15 Michelin PE2's all round with loads of tread
    - Engine pulls strongly, no knocks or smoking
    - Selects all gears inc reverse perfectly, drives lovely
    - locking wheel nuts and key.
    - Standard exhaust fitted, good condition.
    - Still has catalytic convertor fitted.
    - 2 sets of keys with alarm fob and immobiliser overide keys
    - Wolfie replacement williams decals to original renault spec

    Not so good bits:
    - suspension is a little tired
    - differential whines, but has been doing this for whole time i've owned car with no ill effects/increase in severity
    - paintwork needs some tlc, bit of rust on arches, not bad, and usual dings and carpark scratches, small dint on bonnet.
    - oil pressure sensor works when it feels like it and readings when it does work are laughable.
    - rear washer doesnt work, wiper does perfectly. well pump for washer works but pipework is missing/broken somewhere and never chased it up!
    - thats about it, just trying to be honest as possible

Taking into account these bits and bobs/faults and the high mileage which can put people off i'm asking £2000 ono for the car.

Any questions please dont hesitate to ask, similarly to arrange a viewing/test just get in touch.

    cheers

Having driven this car I can say that it drives really well - just as a Williams should! Hope you manage to see it and don't end up breaking it...!
