    cleaning the plastic

    Hi guys,

    what is the best thing to clean the outside trims with?

    mine are a bit messy and made worse with a wax job in the dark. residue all over the trims!

    how did you dye them?

    I would like to do that.

    Need my door bins doing too. They are a right state!

    Yea that restorer stuff of yours is good. The dye we used is damn expensive though, was about £27.

    Think you can get it a bit cheaper, cant remember!!

    Its good stuff but you need to practice applying it so you get the consistency right and not cause it to leave streak marks.

    The dye is yea, and unlike painting, it wont chip off or peel.
