    still wont start, please help :(

    I was told to replace the engine looms which ive done, and she stil wont start :( the fuel pump now runs and got spark.

    the only thing i can think is the ecu is immobilised.
    would i be right in thinking that.

    help would be very much appreceated (cant spell that word lol)

    Its turning over right? What ECU are you using? The standard williams ecu imobiliser doesnt let the engine turn over so if its turning that aint the problem.

    Are you getting petrol into the cylinders ??

    im using the ecu from the williams 3 i got the engine from.
    theres fuel in the rail i checked that but i got annoyed n left i for the day lol.

    if thats the case what would i need to do to fire the injectors.

    Definitely not an immobiliser problem then.

    I would turn the engine over without spark plugs and see if your getting fuel through. You will deffinatly be able to smell it if it is.. If the injectors are not working check the crank sensor.

    Was the engine rebuilt? New head gasket maybe? As in could be a compression problem?

    But does the engine crank when you try to start it?

    yer it cranks fine, other than my battery is dying lol.
    might start with replacing the crank sensor n then go from there.

    IT RUNS!!!
    found the fault, it was the injectors.
    i got some 21 turbo injectors put them in n she fired first time. sooo much happier now!
