    that is the whole idea coops. im planning on going for a aftermarket ecu and need a 60 tooth patern fly. ive heard that the 16v and williams have a 2-32 pattern orso and that you can machine the double tooth patern so the aftermarket ecu's can be used..

    can anybody elaborate on this?

    But why not just use the meganne flywheel though? The larger clutch surface is definately an advantage.

    ah right in that case yes can use 172/182 flywheel yeah, no probs as thats what ronee and gaz run on their stand alone setups etc :D

    i have no problem using neither clutches but the clutch kit i run now is almost new. so if i can use it till it wears out befor investing in a new set of performance clutch kit .

    it would have been great if the willie clutch kit fitted right away..

    are the 172,182,megane,laguna fly all identical?

    I think you can use a megane fly and make some new holes for a 200mm clutch.
