    Power steering

Why does my car keep chucking out power steering fluid from the reservoir lid ?

When the racks become older the internal seals are worn (obviously)
In my experience for some reason this causes more pressure in the reservoir - and then it overflows.

I had this issue - changed the rack - problem gone!

As michael said, it's usually the rack that causes the increased pressure.
