    Brake Bleeding

Removed caliper for some maintenance work and now have air in the system.

I'm using the 2 person push and hold technique with a partner pumping the pedal, then holding it whilst I release the bleed screw, then tighten.

    Couple of questions:

Should the engine be on during bleeding, and should the fluid reservoir cap be on tight, or off?

No need for engine on, and leave cap off so you can check the level doesn't go down too far.
