as title, bulb technology has moved on in 15 yrs and mine are shag nasty.....cant see a man on a flashing bike in a high vis vest at dawn...

yeah if the reflector is darkened inside ,there is not much
you can do but get new headlamps really .

I have the Philips Xtreme Power bulb, makes a big difference!! Definately recommend!
