Tracking down previous owner

I'm trying to trace the previous owner (not the person I bought it from but the person before) of my williams clio 3.

The person is called Michael Froggatt and he must have been a member on here as he has used this forum to gain a discount on some parts he bought for the williams when he owned it.

It's this person's name over all the receipts I have for the car from about 2005 onwards, and I want to know what has been done to the car that there aren't receipts for, and maybe even what was done to the car by the owner before him.

I've tried the mobile number on the receipts but it rings and rings and then cuts off.

Any help much appreciated.

I bought the car in March 2010 and I believe the owner I'm trying to trace had it between roughly 2005/6 to 2009. Name of Michael Froggatt
