Ok lads, looks like I'm having a 2.5" full system made up by Pro-Speed now before the Williams gets mapped. We are looking at manifold and d/p options as well. I'm having it bypass the CAT completely.

Must be worth another couple of BHP, surely?

Well, my current one is fookin loud as well. I don't want them to make it loud, but if it is loud then so be it.

I checked out other French exhausts and there is another Oreca exhaust in steel (inox) for Grp N, and another for Grp A (2"). There were some alternative manifolds as well but at about £450 they are too expensive.

Excellent, I want 4k pops and bangs as then I dont need to rag the shit out of it to scare pedestrians and people with their windows down on the motorway (love doing that).

Right. GOT A MEGANE MENIFOLD NOW AS WELL :D

    It will do.

So: Manifold - bespoke d/p - Grp N 2.5" exhaust with no CAT.

I want: not too much noise at low revs for pootling about, flames, and pops etc at mid and high revs and d/p as far away from driveshaft gaiter as poss...probably worth heat wrapping it tbh.

This should solve any gas flow restriction I have in time for my mapping session?

Fit the exhaust before mapping as mine has a slight flat spot at 3-3.5k...
