helps massively on track as before i was hitting really high temps on a hot day and now its always below 100, although tbh i cant remember exact figures now as i havent used the car for abit lol
my car never heats up whatever i do on the road its them max revving
at every gear on the track that makes it heat like that imo .

what size cooler/rows are you using ?? any pics ? links to
where to buy the complete cooler setup from cheapest ? :P

    mine is a 13row cooler, iirc its 230mm x 100mm and about 50mm deep

for the full mocal kit it was just under £150, no idea how much they are now though

around that price on ebay when you add the thermostat etc .
do you reckon its worth upgrading to a 16 or 19 row for better cooling ?

also whats the deal with filter relocation kits ? is it for the ease
of oil filter changes on a clio (lack of space) ? or does it help
    cooling etc somehow ??

13row is more then adequate to bring the temps down on track, i think and bigger and it would be to much cooling.

the filter relocation is mainly for easy access, obviously would also have more oil in the system with it, same as with the cooler

i asked the same question on C16v and some people have found that the oil ends up been over cool when used on the road with the oil cooler kit fitted.

Remove the bonnet, or cut big holes on it. Exhaust wrap the manifold.

Is the heat transferring from oil to water properly? ie: Does the water gauge also go sky high whenever the oil temperature is running very hot? It should do that. But if the water gauge don't move up much, the water cooling system might not be working at its best.
