    door hinge repair kits

as my doors are out at the moment , i have been looking into
getting some new pins and bushes in there to fix the "droppy door"
    syndrome .
as far as i understand these brass bushes are whats fitted to the
doors from the factory to take the wear so that the hinges dont take
the damage , once the bushes and pins wear out you get
    droppy doors .

here is a picture of the kit to cover 1 door .

    PRICES
    £8 for 4 brass bushes ( no torx pins /covers 1 door )
    £12 for 4 brass bushes and 2 torx pins ( covers 1 door )
both prices include delivery via standard 1st class post

payments can be sent to schakalx@hotmail.com
as a "GIFT" and pm me your delivery address on here as it wont
come up on paypal as well as how many bushes and/or pins
    you want etc .

just took the old ones out of the 9ILLIAMS-CUP-PH-UBER-QUICK-YO !!!
    today

best way to get the old ones seem to be a round/flat ended chisel
(2-3mm diameter ) and a hammer . to get the bottom bush i stick the
chisel from the top and find its edge to gently tap it out with the hammer.
opposite for the top bush obviously .

will have a decent go tomorrow as i will have more time .
try to take better pics to describe it .
here is old vs new , they are worn to fokkk , you put a new pin
in one of the old ones and the slack in it becomes obvious

Iv just semi sucessfully removed my door pins from drivers door. At first i undid the torx40 which ended up shearing off the pins. Luckily they sheared halfway down so i just wound out the thread and all im left with is a seized in pin bit.

I cant figure out where the brass bushes go though? Mine doesnt have them

Surely there isnt enough room for the pin to slide through them and then into the hinge because the pin sits flush into the hinge as it is. Does that make sense?

bushes go into the metal bit sticking out from the chassis .
in order to see them you have to remove the doors .

I found the bush things. I replaced the door pins on my passenger door a while ago but never noticed the bushes where there.

Il take a full repair kit for 1 door including brass bushes. And also a set of brass bushes only for my other door

il send paypal later when im at home

    Cheers
