    Torsion Bar, M8 or M10

    need to know before i buy

    M10 x 1.5 thread ..in the end of the bar..need 10.9 or 12.9 bolts and nuts..

    need a peice of M10 threaded bar then...doh

    any advice for doing it???

    plus gas..10.9 threaded bolt nut and large socket...

    tension the bolt up..maybe shock with a large hammer if not moving

    jack the axle to required level rotate bars until they slide back in...

    yup only failed on me once.

    used high tensile bolt and impact gun at tye fitting place! piece of pee!
