Watching your vids on openpitlane I think I was turning in too early on a couple of the corners. It's difficult to stay out for so long. Where it was particularly obvious was coming off the home straight.

What kind of lap times were people getting?

Looking at my video, my best was a 1.50:12. My laptimes were dropping throughout the day and that was set 4 laps from the end of the day, so I was still improving.

thanks for the video Drinks - what specs your car ? as its got a short rev range from that video.

My car is a fairly standard spec Atom 3 (normally aspirated Honda Civic Type R engine running 245bhp) it revs to 8500rpm but just rather quickly.

You make it all look so easy in your video :D

Next trackday is cadwell 25th march, going to be an epic day with a good mix of cars and a couple of guys who race in the NSSCC in 1600cc and are very quick.

You missed out on a cracking day at brands with near perfect weather, got a bit of vid with a frenchist traffic jam.

Wimps, braking too early, but then maybe they going faster than I think...
