Aye,mine are a bit 'elderly paced' these days,always in the winter months though

They go down fine, but up is slow need to lift them lol! And the passenger side doesn't work

My drivers works fine but i have to give the passenger glass a helping hand sometimes when going up

Spray some silicon spray on channels and clean all the switch terminals, might help
