Its currently not taxed or insured (if my sources are correct) i hope it was not scrapped

i dont think the DVLA will give out any details (data protection) my only hope is a friendly policeman at the mo.

acording to the DVLA i can apply for the details if i have a good reason.. ie clamper/law inforsment... does "love the car" count
