no mate it very likely will not run on a 64bit win OS. you are probably finding many legacy apps that don't.
You could try find an emulator for older 32 bit apps?

or if you have a copy of win xp install a "lite" copy of it onto a usb pen drive and boot from it when you need to look at dialogy's. :D

Install MS virtual PC and an use a copy of Win 98 or something along those lines and it works fine, I use this on my wind 7 64bit without a fault
