I used to get that. When it asks to save his password say 'no'. If you click yes it boots you out.
Also i get redirected to www.williamsclio.co.uk/horde alot
WTF is that?

Horde is a webmail client.
Guess its something to do with his web browser not saving the cookies or summat.... try setting your security level down a notch.
