    porting ?

i have a spare head here i am messing with the idea of mild diy
porting and matching the manifold. its a bare head apart from the valve guides and stem seals still in the head .

question is , how can i safely clean and get rid of all the aluminium debris
caused by sanding/removing material once i am finished ?
fairly liquid and pressure washer may be ??? :P

also do i need to seal all the oil and water ways while doing the sanding work ,or can i wash the whole head and hope all the bits will be out ?

I would have thought an acid wash be ideal.
