I think the divide should be pod... anything north and you bat for northern numpties.

I'd suggest the following format, modified from above suggestions:

1) 2 teams: North vs South
2) Each member puts forward his/her best time slip
3) All 'best' time slips (as per number 2 above) get added up and an average for each team calculated.
4) The team with the quickest/lowest average time wins.

You can't just run coops car to get the lowest average either Everyone attending should be able to have a go. Whether their car is standard or seriously modified. We should say minimum of 5 cars running on each team.

Shame I won't be running my 100 shot of nos... I just sold it to a northern numpty.

that would also depend on the no. of runs we get too tho.

iv been pod and got 2-3 runs all day, then iv been n had like 15-20 one after the other. swings n roundabouts.

what happens if someone nominated blows their car up 1/2 way down on 1st run?
