    oh and further more... the one I suggested is the cup racer way. At least it was on mine, and in my cup manual.

    Have you got a pic from the manual?

    What I've got is completely different to the pic of justins engine

    Thats from a Formula renault ^^^

    As Summeh says, the cup racers use the parts in his pic.

    Ive got a set spare currently, £30 delivered, inc belt.

    No they dont. The cup racers had an idler that was the same shape and fitment as the original PAS pump and was a direct replacement. No other modifications needed.

    The rally cars that ran the pumps from the cam belt ran the set up as posted by summeh.
