is it faster now with cams timed in Rob?

Yeah it is quicker at York I got a 14.7 in stifleing heat, bit of practice and me new box and clutch I should be able to bring it down a smidge

nice Rob! should be low to mid 14's then easy, as people were running 0.3 over personal best on average :D

Rich, wouldn't go that far, it's prolly things like head matching to manifold etc that causes the difference. Megane head has smaller but better shaped ports I think Ben told me and therefore flow is better, all I know is that Willy is 175nm torque and megane is 185/190nm, Spyder is 200nm torque... also remember that his has half the miles almost pal, some get stronger, but other may have had a hard life... my bottom end was really fast on the old engine, but it died all the same, ho hum, live and learn... I learnt not to keep a Renault for longer than you have to! if your after a spare engine I may know of someone that may have one for sale soon ;)

lol, nope, dont be silly, it's taken all my money and I cant afford to fix it til payday, hence why it will be getting sold off prolly in bits... 5 months off the road in 1.5 years... unacceptable really lol

will be getting fixed in about a week and a half or so... then going to get it timed at the end of the month and that's it, may map it, run a 1/4 mile in it before I get rid, but unlikely... wheel refurb is the only plan for it depending on how much worse they go...
