I have been driving on the motorway the past few days and noticed after a certain amount of time the engine has started to make a deep rumbling noise. Speed has been at around roughly 70mph.
Anyone know what this could be?

Sure it's the engine? Could it be the gearbox diff whining/moaning?
Wheel bearing?
Driveshaft CV joint dry and moaning?
Pretty sure it was the engine mate. Noise seemed to be vibrating the car slightly too.
then id still say look at the wheel bearing, that will also cause vibration
ah right. ok guys. why would it be making a deep rumbling noise?
If the noise if worse on corners then it will most likely be the wheel bearings (happened on my Williams) and yes they make a rumbling noise when they are on their way out, don't know why though, one of our technical guru's will be able to answer that one
just noise u can get m8, sometimes noise is amplified through the car a quick check for front wheel bearings is jack front end up start her up stick it in first and u should be able to listen and identify which side ur prob is, just make sure car is securely supported
