    Temperature display

Ok so i no this is a common fault etc etc, but mine has always worked until the other day it decided to flash showing 40.....

Turned ignition off and back on again, and still showed. But all is well now.....this was a couple of days ago. Dont want it broken again

Wot would be the cause for it to spaz out then?

If it starts flashing it could be the connection is poor or the sensor is on it's way out, or even a bad earth I imagine.

They will have had to disconnect it when they fitted your new doors.

Mine says anything from 30-40 hehe.

Just leave it, it will fix itself in time, well mine did anyway! lol

You could try cleaning the contacts

had this for four years and finally fixed it, not a new mirror as commonly prescribed, where the loom going to the door passes through the bodywork theres a coupler righ on the pillar, seperate the 2 looms and clean with an electrical cleaner spray, reassemble and test.

    Worked for me.

    (hope that makes sense)

Mine didn't work properly for ages. It gave insane readings like -35, but it's fine now. Renault electrics for you.
