Not sure if the straight cut box you can clearly hear is a much shorter ratio.

No thats stan's car. He built it for the classic rally with a mate. Its a 1913 class T auto union rebuilt with a cosworth lump in it.
Ahh right fair doos....but with the nova it just seems odd that a 12 second car with semi's is 'only' that quick regardless of gearing. Certainly over the 1/4 at least a car thats 2 sec+ quicker would batter a car on the road/track

Maybe becuase he is on semi slicks and the track is damp? Just a guess.
