brake caliper colour

just sent my williams in for spraying and future plans are to renew brakes and repaint the calipers. what coulour do people think and what colour where the calipers originally when they came out of the factor.

yeah gold electroplate as are most reconditioned calipers

The gold colour is zinc plating i used to work for girling the brake manufacturer if u rub it off they are siver ie the base coat for the zinc
