Megane F7R & everything to rebuild it

Time to get rid of my meggy lump as I'm not rebuilding it any more.




I didn't take any pics of the rest of the bits but I've got the whole engine minus a few nuts & bolts that had to be destroyed to remove them and the ecu
I've had the bores and the crank measured, the bores are standard size and the crank doesn't need a regrind. The guy who measured it for me estimates the mileage to be around the 80-100k mark.

I'll throw the engine stand as well £250 ono

Now the rebuild bits, I bought all of this stuff from stan @ APD, so not cheap & nasty shite

F7R head gasket set £50 ono


Bottom end gasket set £50 ono


head bolts £50 ono


crank main bearings £50 ono
big end bearings £60 ono


thrust washers £30


Wossner forged low compression pistons £350 ono




Forged H-beam Con Rods & ARP bolts - Standard F7R big end shells needed to fit these as they have the tabs £250 ono

Yes

I've also been reliably informed that the pistons are also ideal for a supercharged F4R as well

why are the head bolts and gasket kits so expensive .
anything special with them ?

Hi Paddy, i need an engine for a kit car i take its complete an std.......has it got ecu?

It's in bits as in the pics but everything is there apart from a few nuts that had to be cut/smashed/drilled off as well as the new bits

got the ecu as well, the head needs tappets as I've thrown the old ones away & already sold the new ones I got

if it's any good to you, make me an offer as I haven't had much interest and it all needs to go
