valver or williams spotted JBX

whilst on a lil brake up in linconshire i spotted what i thought to be a williams at a disatance but on closer inspection i dont think it is.

place i spotted/took pic on phone: Mablethorpe by sutton on sea on corner by the beach next to arcades in the high street.

time: 2.30-3.00pm
the williams are worse for wear: flaking big time
needs a major wash
Had williams seats but couldnt see plaque unless theve taken out god knows

reg is N190JBX


anyone know it?

It comes up on DVLC as a 2.0L... but it shouldn't have a plaque as it
should be a williams 3..... I think.
