basicly you turn up on the morning and try to claim a garage!
you attend a track/safety briefing and also sign on were you get a wristband to show if your a driver or passenger etc
thats normally between 7.30 and 8.30 depending on company running the day
once thats done its usually time to go out on track, they run siting laps for the first 2/3 laps for everyone, ie u all go out following a safety car to get to know the track layout/direction you need to be going!
once thats done you come back in normally then your free to go on whenever you want if its open pitlane, if sessioned then you have to wait untill your group is announced, ie novice/intermediate/expert groups
