    Williams No.0012

Here she is! My new Willy Double Oh 12.

    Just a couple of quick snaps After I gave her a very quick scrub to remove the debris from the drive down from Glasgow yesterday. She is lovely, needs some TLC in a few places but overall she is in good condition. Over the following months I plan to, amongst other things;

Wire brush and treat some small rust patches.
    Remove and re-fit drivers seat.
    Replace passenger Window switch.
    Change a few Dash Bulbs.
    Recondition Wheels.
    Fix Heater.

I love her to bits already!

    Ben

    Very Noice...
Although I'd include to get the badges restord to original finish (or buy some)
And definitely get the Mudflaps reduced in size - if not removed completely.
    Fit an aerial too maybe...

Nice to see another early '1'

Forgive my ignorance but I was led to believe that 1's had gold badges? The mudflaps are staying because I like them and I have the aerial but Its fixing is broken and that is another thing I am going to sort out while I have her

Looks spanking! At least the mudflaps will protect the flanks of the car against stonechips and grime

Indeed, and I am and always have been a huge rally fan, and With the flaps on she really does look like a little group N car. Plus I figure since she was developed by the Renault Rally team she might as well look the part

Very nice, someone off Clio Sport to.

The badges were not gold as standard.

    Thanks guys!!

Its a Scorpion Exhaust, Not sure specifically what kind though, According to the history file I have It was fitted about 10 years ago by Prima Racing. I need to take a look at it though, not sure if its because of a space issue but it appears to be mounted at 90 degrees to how it should be!!!!

I will have a dig through the history later and see if I can figure out exactly what it is.
