Ace Cafe Meet 15 Dec

Well.....Firstly i get an unexpected txt from arj on sunday saying do u wana tag along to the Ace Cafe in London on Monday...

Cleaned the car up for an hour or so on monday in the chance id be able to get a babysitter for that night :( .......Managed it at 6pm :D .....pheww and only an hour to go!

Adam said that totti was pasengering in hes car which left me with no other choice but to drive mine

One last txt to Wobba to see if he wants to go as i knew hed been asked.....He said yes!! Cool.....3 car convoy up to london whoop!

Waited at hedge end KFC for arj and totti and wobba to turn up.....Wobba turned up first and then arj slowly behind 15min late

So off we go before we even said hello and let them get out the car and headed for some services.....i forget which ones....

Then off we go......slowly in places.....waiting for the slow to catch up :P

We arrive with Matt Wills greeting us at around 9.15 and the place was busy already although im told not packed out!! Loads of megane 225's, 19's.......a 5ggt dimma! In yellow!!

We go in for a coffee apart from totti who had a becks LOL

Then head out and see another williams sat there outside....

Adam and dan start talking to them and the rest of us just chat amongst oursleves

After chatting loads about random stuff like how to try and steal adams forest.... I discover that these randoms in the willy were actually eternalife and hes brother! lol

Very nice to meet u both - sounds blokes!! :D

We get the 4th willy moved into place and some decent pics taken....

Hope u like..... And YES it was fooking freezing!!!!










We then went for a blip around central london.....4 willys and a 172 lol

Would have been good to see that..... Me and the brothers had to keep stopping so others could catch up....they kept hitting traffic lights lol Down blackwall tunnel and we give a thumbs up to the brothers and away we go home.....That drive took forever!!!! The roads were pretty much clear of traffic.....but the fog was just ridiculous!! Never seen that much before in my life.....We all got home safe and sound anyways....

Williams convoy ftw!

I had a nice time, talking cars to the early hours and driving in my typical old man fashion whilst you youngsters fly off ahead...

Some nice cars were there, and I think renault brought along some cars for us to look at, though I got too carried away talking about brake fluid or something to be able to get a sit in any of them. Next time maybe!

Quite a few 19's were there, and R5 Tubbys, 172, 182's, Megane, R26 and R27 Clio and R26R Meggy. Nice bits of kit. The Williams's just seemed to glimmer in the glare of the lights, in the middle amongst them all, in smug satisfaction that they are the cars that are still plugged by major magazines after 15 years.

Was great seeing veryone, and meeting new people!

Next year: TRACK DAY CARNAGE! ;)
