Clio 16v 449 Blue 1993 L

1993 Renault Clio 16v, 449 Blue, 76300k miles, lots of history (15 stamps). MOT'd untill 31st of March 2008. HPI clear (have the certificate, which I paid for when I bought the car)

I got the car when it had done 54k miles and have owned it since November 2005. I now just commute backwards & forwards to work every day so have bought a boring golf.
Most of the last 15k miles were moterway miles from when I was at university and went up and down the m27 once a week to visit my girlfreind.

Rust free original arches, this is a very rare thing to find on any Clio 16v let along one from 1993!

It has Clio 172 mk1 Cup wheels.

Tinted front and rear windows, the back ones darker than the front. I don't have much information on these tints as they were there when I bought it.
But I do know that they are done to a very high quality and that I've never been stopped by the police for them.

I've changed some things from phase 1 to phase 2, as you can see on the photo.

I had the rocker cover powdercoated black.

It has a magnex backbox on standard exhaust, no blows!

Goodridge braided brake hoses, Good pads and discs front and rear.

I had the clutch replaced at around 61k miles as It kept snapping clutch cables, not had a problem since.

All electrics work fine accept for the 3 extra dials on the 16v, these are tempremental.
Sometimes they have worked for months and then they will just stop for a few weeks and randomly start working again.
Electric sunroof & windows work and the sunroof has never leaked (also very rare for these clios)

As far as bodywork, there is a small scrape on the front bumper (which was there when I bought the car) and there is scratch down the rear left wing.
Lots of other reciepts for various other pieces of work, If you have any questions I will do my best to awnser.

It has loads of receipts for various parts and pieces of work and the service manual is stamped up to 50,000miles. I have always done the servicing my self and had the family mechanic cary out any larger jobs.

not to forget, It has a Pioneer mp3 headset!

Well spotted, just to confirm yes that is 2009 not 2008!
