    Suspension issues

Hi Guys, don't know if you can help on this....

Just had brand new genuine Renault suspension all round fitted to 0425 - now the car should fell factory fresh - right??? noooooo....

It feels like it is riding on jelly, no confidence on the limit (almost dangerous in fact) and the whole car shakes when you wobble it... I think it could be one of 3 things...

    1) Incorrect parts used
    2) Incorrct installation (I have already found one of the top mounts to be loose....)
    3) Something has broken since installation.

It was fited by an indepedant garage....

The Renault part numbers used are as follows -

    Front Shocks - R77 00 838 095
    Front springs (two white blobs) - R77 00 817 986
    Top mounts - R77 01 470 089
    Wishbones - R60 01 025 841/842
    Outer ARB - R77 00 784 170
    Rear Shocks - R60 01 025 828

Any ideas/thoughts on what the problem could be before I go back to the garage that fitted it all....

    Cheers.

mine handles oddly, could be down to possible sticking calipers (im waving at matbrown) get the tracking checking, wheels balanced and possibly change the control arms on the steering rack, just to help tighten things up a bit

Nightmare, what parts did you take off? I.e. were they old standard items or lowered/coilovers etc?

    Mine is the same(ish)

I thought it was some budget tyres i had which i replaced with Goodyear Eagle F1's with no avail.

however my suspension is very old and worn and the bushes probably are too.
