    *** Williams weight distribution ***

    hi there,

i'm thinking about relocating the battery in my williams from under the hood and to the boot area (not sure where exactly yet). this should free up quite a lot of space in front and supposedly benefit weight distribution. is it a good idea?

and what exactly is the case with the weight distribution in clio williams?

    thanks!

65/35 bias front i think so any extra weight to rear should in theory be benficial, buts its a mind game and a half :P

also my battery is in passenger side of the boot and my earthing isnt brilliant, so bare that in mind

i fitted mine in the passenger rear footwell as i have no rear seats..

but ran both cables to the front earth and live and added a rear earth as well...

plus i then added extra engine earths to the same point..

also its a good time to fit a light weight battery too.

is it recommended to run live and neutral/earth to the front of the car as opposed to getting your earth from the bodywork? will coming off the bodywork give a high resistance reading?

    cheers
