    Passenger Window going slow

Okay, ive tried looking at past posts to find an answer to this but cant. The problem is the window on the passenger side either comes back up really slowly or not atall. That when sometimes i need to give it a quick pull then it starts moving again (slowly still though) The window does this with either the passenger or drivers window switches, so im assuming its not the switches, or could it still be?
As usual any help would be really appreciated!!

from past experience from the clio and my R5 is the runners. over time they wear and also get clogged up withdirt etc and so slow up. Because in general the passenger window will not be used as much as the drivers side it is always noticably worse.

You could try taking all the window mechanism out, clean it, grease it up and fit it again
