16v shocks with widetrack conversion

i'm running 16v bilstein shock on my williams, gives me 1.4 negative camber.

is that standard ride height? and what's the tyre wear like?

Also I have some camber adjustment bolts (think they are k-tec), would these return the camber to a standardish angle?
