Yeah, there were loads of photographers there and some bloke is supposed to be sending me some proofs any day now but for the moment the only ones I've got of me on the track are a few my brother took with my camera:



Plus I've got some in car video he did that I might try and put up somewhere. I'm building the Clio just for this job, but I don't think it will be finished this year, so until then other cars will be standing in for it!

I think this explains why my brakes were juddering so badly - a big crack right the way through the disc (towards the top of the pic between the two pads) and the pads seem to have disintegrated/broken up with chunks coming away from the backing plate:

Hybrid work may be on hold this weekend as I want to get these brakes fitted and the car back on the road again - might even be off back to the 'Ring again in October.

I'm hoping that this will solve my braking issues for good. 330mm AP two-piece discs, AP 6 pot calipers and Pagid RS29 pads...
