WTF! According to parkers it's 0-60 is 9.6s or something. Bearing in mind I've kept up with an auto 330ci before now I really did expect to do better.

I didn't burn it off the lights in fairness. I set off normal-ish, then once rolling with traction, floored it.

It must of been modded mate. My 1.8 keeps up with the bmw 325 to a 100. 1.8/2.0 are easy prey

Was definitely weird. I didn't do a full launch though. I waited 'til it was rolling with the clutch fully out before planting it. He wasn't that far in front at that point though.

I was not happy. Still aren't.
